That's all we have time for now, so we'll give you some more updates of our new place (with a new desk that we got from IKEA and a new sofa/couch that we plan on getting soon), as well as how orientation is going in a day or a few. Love you all. We are so blessed to be here and are very excited for everything to kick into gear.

Since the Move
Well, it's been a few weeks since we've given any updates. We have finally gotten internet set up in our new place and things are starting to look much less cluttered. Here is a picture just before the move, when I still had a little bit of facial hair, followed by Lillie taking a bath in Grandma Myers' sink before we flew back out to DC.
Anna participated in the Graduation Ceremony on the morning of Aug. 15th. Congratulations Anna! She will officially receive her diploma in December after she finishes a few independent study classes while we are living in the DC area. She has been amazing in being able to finish her classes with Lillie and with me creating all kinds of distractions, along with me leaving for a week just before finals to drive all of our stuff to our new place.
So, my mom and I left with our stuff in a Penske truck the afternoon of August 2nd, and drove for about 8 hours before stopping. The next day, we did another ten hours, then slept, followed by another ten hours. On the 4th, we stopped in Pittsburgh to visit with my cousin Libby and her husband DJ. They were nice enough to let us stay at their place and rub Libby's belly, as she is getting quite a lump growing that baby. The next morning was Tuesday, and we finished off the remaining 4.5 hours until we arrived at our new place. We got the keys, met some elders from my new elders quorum and we all moved our stuff into the new place, on the second floor of a nice apartment complex. This picture shows a little bit of what the place looked like before arranging stuff. This is Lillie's room, which, in itself seems larger than about a third to a half of our old place. We now have much more room for Lillie to crawl around.
When she's happy and not crawling around, Lillie may be found cuddled up in a tiny corner of her nicely sized new crib, which we are very grateful for. However, when she's not so happy to have to go to sleep, she will roll over, sit up, grab on to the crib and pull herself up to stand and look over the top of her crib and scream until she's sick. So far, we've had a couple of late nights in trying to transition to a new time zone. I'm sure we will all adjust before we know it. She is just so adorable though, so we can't help loving her no matter what she does.
