He got his shots also and was not very happy about it.
Sam started cooing and gooing at about 6 weeks and that beautiful social smile started at about 4 weeks. He is strong and just like his sister started holding his head up on his own within the first week of life. Now he can push himself up during tummy time and holds himself for about a minute (not really high of course). He loves tummy time (unlike Lillie) and prefers his tummy most of the time. He got his first baby acne at about 4 weeks and it seems to be clearing up now.
Lillie was a bit colicky and CRIED often. Sam will fuss when he is in need of something and cries out loud if he is hurt or really hungry, but for the most part he is amazing. As much as you love a colicky baby it is hard to enjoy them. I have really enjoyed Sam.
Lillie has been amazing with Sam and loves him so much. She wakes up every morning and just wants to cuddle up with him. She is like a second mommy and gives him his binkie when he is sad and tries rocking him. I love to see her come over when he is crying and she will say "Don't cry Samichael, your Lillie's here," in the sweetest voice. She will lay by him and just tell him stories she knows like "The Three Little Pigs" and bed time stories Mike tells her. She loves it when he gives her his big beautiful grin. It warms my heart to see my babies interacting with each other.

So glad Sam is easy to enjoy. He is so adorable! I love the belly pictures. Cute birthmarks and cute belly buttons. :)
That is so cute! "your Lillie's here" that is just adorable! One of my favorite things as a mom is to watch my kids interact with each other! It will only get better Anna! but then will come the fighting!!!:) ha ha!:)
