Our Christmas went well we had such a great time. Mike's mom came to visit us on Christmas and she made a few of the Gardner family traditional delights for the season. Some of them are homemade doughnuts with hot chocolate on Christmas Eve and the unforgettable waffles with ice cream and maple syrup for breakfast on Christmas day. We also got to go to the Fransden family Christmas party where Grandma proudly held little Lillie and showed her off to her family:) We where so glad she could join us.
We also got so spend sometime with the Myers clan where my sister's and mom took turns watching Lillie while I got naps here and there.
After a short recovery from Christmas the three of us headed for Sacramento where Mike had an interview at UC Davis. It was a long trip with a blizzard over the Sierra Navadas both directions. Here we are at Grandma Gardner's house. We got to see so many people and introduce them to our Lillie. It was a fun but quick trip and the both of us made it back in time for classes.
